Each of the 3 FPE regional offices, housing approximately 50 or more environment conservationists, and more than 200 project-implementing, local partners nationwide shall be able to access the comprehensive PDME-IS database to speed up repetitive and voluminous information needs such as, but not limited to: rapid site appraisal baseline information on each of FPE's priority target sites; project proposal submission and gridding, project status and monitoring reports, financial and audit reports, process evaluation reports.

The PDME-IS System is being built from the ground up using PHP/MySQL on a FreeBSD server operating system platform. Asia Allied dedicated a sub-team of nine (9) high-caliber programmers and six (6) versatile web developers to complete this project, now nearing 120 days.
